      Meet Sarah, she is passionate about all things sport and exercise, aligning with her future career aspects to become a physiotherapist. Her experience as a dancer has fuelled her knowledge for the importance of stretching in our day to day lives. She is excited for the opportunity to help people move and feel better at StretchLab Black Rock. Sarah is hoping to make an impact by working with clients to improve their mobility and flexibility by providing a relaxing and effective stretching experience.

      My name is Molly and I am currently in my 4th year studying exercise and sports science and psychological science at ACU. Through my studies, I have developed a deep knowledge on the connection between physical and mental health and the ways in which to improve both areas. Stretching being one of them! It’s often an overlooked area, but one that improves mobility, injury resistance and overall daily lifestyle. It has greatly improved my own life and wellbeing and I hope to do the same for others. I love running, resistance training, martial arts and all things exercise and have found the benefits of stretching in all different sports.

      Hi, I’m Ebrahim currently studying my Bachelors of exercise science and been a sports trainer for the better part of my life. Currently a trainer at F45 and Victoria university gym. Have spent a significant part of my time being a strength and conditioning coach for rugby union athletes. Joined stretch labs due to the personal relationship I have with stretching helping me overcome my injuries from my years of playing rugby and helping gain better control over my emotions. The mind body connection that I was able to achieve through stretching is what I’d like to share with my clients as well.

My background includes teaching/training and working professionally in the dance and acrobatics field. Here is where I found the importance of looking after your body, in order to achieve your goals and improve overall longevity. Regular stretching is a massive factor for these, as well as injury prevention and building your own body awareness.

      After spending half his life in England, Paul returns to Australia for new and exciting opportunities. As a flexologist at StretchLab, Black Rock - Paul’s vast experience in the fitness industry can re-align not only your posture but start a new journey and stretch your results you desire. Paul firmly believes that "movement is life" as we all want to live a long and prosperous life and by doing that we need to focus on our range of movement & mobility in our bodies, be sure to book in with Paul as part of your experience with all the lovely Flexologists. Paul's background resides in one-to-one personal training and coaching group classes. He is planning one day to become an online coach with his own business working both in Australia and in England.

      Jaz spent the majority of her 20s travelling around the world as a musical theatre performer. In 2022 she excitedly moved from England to Melbourne and felt right at home. Alongside being a flexologist, Jaz is a freelance dance teacher around melbourne. Focusing on safe stretching and mindfulness, Jaz's ethos is ‘if you look after your body, your body will look after you.’ Her main goal is for her clients to feel relaxed, balanced, and refreshed after each session. In her free time you’ll find her playing baseball for port Melbourne baseball club, weight training, running, and like most Brit’s drinking tea. She can’t wait to continue welcoming amazing clients into the lab and help them along their wellbeing journey.

      Hi, I'm Lucy. I am currently studying to become a personal trainer with the Australian fitness academy. I have always been passionate about fitness and nutrition. My background includes completing my certificate 3 and 4 in sport and recreation in 2023. I love spending time at the gym as well as hitting the slopes snowboarding in winter.
