      My name is Indy, and I am a Physiotherapist with a background in Physiotherapy from India. I am also a Licensed Remedial Massage Therapist in Australia. I enjoy helping people improve their mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall quality of life through stretching, which also helps reduce pain. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from India and a Diploma in Remedial Massage from the Australian Learning Group. In my free time, I love running and playing cricket for fun.

      With over five years of experience as a Pilates instructor, I’ve helped many clients enhance their muscular strength and functional movement. Over time, I noticed that many people struggle with excessive tension in their bodies, which limits their performance and movement quality. That inspired me to become a Flexologist — to help clients release that tension and restore freedom in their movement. Through assisted stretching, I’ve seen how effective it can be in reducing tightness, improving mobility, and helping clients move with greater ease. My goal is to help members increase their mobility and move with more freedom and confidence.

      Rohllah (Roh) Ansari holds a degree in Physiotherapy and has professional experience delivering evidence-based musculoskeletal care. His clinical expertise includes spinal manipulation, dry needling, and movement-based rehabilitation, with a strong focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring functional movement. In addition to his physiotherapy background, Roh holds a Diploma in Personal Training and is currently working as a personal trainer. He integrates clinical knowledge with strength, conditioning, and mobility training to help clients achieve safe, effective, and sustainable results. Roh also has a background as a professional martial artist, having competed at national level in Taekwondo. This high-performance experience has shaped his discipline, resilience, and deep understanding of athletic movement and injury prevention.

      As a Flexologist and physiotherapy student in Sydney, I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies. I focus on guided stretching sessions designed to increase flexibility, relieve muscle tightness, and improve movement. Whether you sit at a desk all day, exercise regularly, or simply want to move more freely, I’m here to help you reach your mobility goals. Outside of work, I enjoy strength training and learning more about movement science and rehabilitation.

      Ellen is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist based in Sydney, with a strong passion for helping clients move and feel better. She has a particular interest in Myofascial Release techniques, using them to improve range of motion, relieve pain, and gently address restrictive scar tissue. Driven by a commitment to ongoing learning, Ellen is always exploring new methods to support her clients’ wellbeing. This led her to expand her skill set as a Flexologist, where she focuses on improving mobility and retraining muscles to create lasting, meaningful relief. Ellen joined StretchLab with the goal of delivering long-term results in client recovery, specialising in assisted PNF stretching techniques to enhance flexibility, reduce discomfort, and support overall functional movement.

      I am Pra and I’m a certified Yoga Instructor with a strong passion for mobility, flexibility, and movement-focused wellness. Over the past two years, I have taught various styles of yoga across different age groups and fitness levels, with a focus on building strength, improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and supporting overall wellbeing. I enjoy helping people move with greater ease and confidence through assisted stretching and mindful movement practices. Alongside my work in wellness and fitness, I am currently studying Computer Science and Cyber Security at the University of Sydney.

      My name is Stephen, and I have over 10 years’ experience as a personal trainer and health coach. As your Flexologist, I’ll help guide you to understand how flexibility will increase your athletic performance, decrease your injury risk, or simply have you moving better after an intense day. A balanced body and mind can be achieved when all areas of physical fitness are incorporated into your life. Throughout my career I have always focused on continuous education and hold an Honours degree in exercise science, and I am passionate about holistic health and wellbeing. I enjoy challenging myself physically and mentally, having competed in powerlifting and also completed a number of City2Surf races.
