      Hi I'm Honey! I am diploma qualified remedial massage therapist. I have further studied a Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy - a combination of advanced remedial massage, physiotherapy and osteopathy). As a child, I have always been fascinated with how things work. Growing up, my interest was always in science, especially biology and chemistry. I use my extensive knowledge in human anatomy, kinematics, and years of industry experience to give my clients the best treatment and education as possible. With my own sets of "niggles" and past injuries, I can truly empathise with my clients. Having 4 children, working two jobs, and volunteering at my children's school, I understand how busy life can be, however, I believe that prioritising your health is of paramount importance. Our human bodies are meant for movement... As they say "motion is the lotion"!

      Hi, I'm Jacques! I'm a Yoga Hatha/Ashtanga teacher, breath work and meditation teacher. I'm a big on movement with experience in soccer, volleyball, long distance hiking, free-diving, but these days rock climbing takes my weekends. My focus is with mobility and wellbeing, in which a structured stretching routine fits the individual. No matter if you're into crossfit or walking the dog, the aim is still to develop that mind-body connection.

      Hi, I'm Reuben! I graduated with a double degree in Exercise Science and Business in 2023 and am interested in injury prevention. I love helping with both short-term and ongoing muscular issues, and its important for me that clients leave the session ready to take on the week ahead. I take pride in tailoring my sessions to each individual, providing them with additional at home routines for continued progress.

My experience in circus arts and dance has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the human body and how to promote both physical and mental well-being. I’m passionate about empowering clients to experience the transformative benefits of movement and flexibility, helping them to feel their best!

You can find me at the reception desk ready to help with any questions you may have! In my free time I like to spend time with my friends, watch TV shows and do arts and crafts.

      Hi, I'm Brooklyn! I'm a Sports and Exercise Science major from Canada and am currently studying to become a chiropractor. I've been involved in sports like volleyball and basketball since I was 12 and have seen and felt the benefits of stretching on your own and with the help of others. I'm a big believer that physical activity can improve your quality of life and health and that being active for life can be great for preventative medicine. My focus is helping you understand your own body more; being able to recognise which areas of your body are having issues and being able to address those specific problems within the larger context of your health. In my own time, I like to go for walks and do more artistic hobbies to keep my interests open.

      Hi, I'm Ting! I come from China, and speak fluent mandarin and English. I am currently studying Master of Chiropractic in Sydney. I also have a Bachelor degree in Sports medicine and rehabilitation. I have a good understanding of human anatomy and the benefits of stretching. I am passionate about helping people reducing musculoskeletal pain and maintain mobility. I love that I can help people feel better with their bodies by working at StretchLab through PNF stretch, gentle mobilisation. In my spare time, I like to hike, listen to music and go to beach.

      While serving the Armed Forces in 2015, Aizat realised the importance of health and fitness. After completing his service, he pursued the Diploma in Health Management and Promotion. After graduation, he intend to advance his knowledge in health and fitness, so he took the Specialist Diploma in Sports Science and Wellness. After graduating, he is still hungry to gain more knowledge in the industry so he got himself certified as a Nutrition Coach by Precision Nutrition. Thereafter, he start to see bigger connections between different aspects of health, which led Aizat to get himself legally certified to practice Swedish Massage after taking the Professional Certificate in Wellness Therapy. To link all together, he pursued another Professional Certificate in Wellness Programming and Consultation. He finds interest in diving deeper into the specialist dietary coaching as well as the field of sleep, stress management and recovery coaching which he is currently pursuing to further add on to his health knowledge. Aizat view stretch, nutrition, exercise and recovery as vital aspect of health and wellness wheel, which can be seen in his joy coaching these skills to individuals.

      No two bodies are the same and no two stretches at StretchLab are the same. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customising a stretch routine that is just for you. Our clients may come in with pain, tightness or specific focus areas, but they keep coming back and commit to their flexibility journey once they experience the freedom that comes with having a wider range of motion and flexibility.
