      Hi there! I'm Daisy, originally from Canberra, but I followed my heart to the beautiful coastal city of Wollongong, drawn by my passion for the ocean, academic pursuits, and my love for football (soccer). I recently completed my Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong, where I developed a deep understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. Throughout my studies, I gained valuable experience in sports training and coaching, working with athletes of various levels to improve their performance and prevent injuries. Football has always been a central part of my life. I currently play for South Coast Flame Football Club, where I continue to develop my skills and competitive edge. Before joining Flame, I spent two rewarding seasons with the Illawarra Stingrays, where I built strong connections within the local sporting community and refined my understanding of teamwork and athletic performance. My passion for health and fitness extends beyond my personal pursuits. I'm genuinely thrilled to be part of the StretchLab team, where I can apply my education and athletic experience to help others. There's something incredibly rewarding about guiding members through effective stretching techniques and watching them experience improved mobility and reduced discomfort

      With over a decade in the fitness industry and a Certificate IV in Health & Fitness, I'm passionate about my role at StretchLab where I help people improve their mobility and feel better in their bodies. I love seeing clients experience the freedom that comes with properly stretched muscles and improved range of motion. My diverse background includes experience as a boxing coach at UBX Wollongong, working with clients of all fitness levels. I specialise in both helping elderly clients enhance their mobility and assisting young athletes with injury prevention, while also creating rehabilitation programs for those recovering from injuries. I'm deeply committed to the Illawarra community, finding true fulfilment in watching clients leave StretchLab feeling rejuvenated and moving better than when they arrived.

      Hi, I'm Zach! I'm passionate about encouraging positive health and wellness for each individual in all aspects of their lives. I have a background in personal training & team sports and understand the benefits and importance of regular stretching. As one of the first Flexologists at StretchLab, I take immense pride in seeing our community grow. Nothing feels more rewarding then witnessing clients achieve mobility they never thought possible. The genuine smiles when someone moves more freely after a session fuel my dedication. I cherish the trust members place in me as they allow me to guide their bodies toward better movement. Being part of the pioneering team that established flexology as a respected wellness practice gives me a sense of purpose, especially when I see how many people are now feeling better and moving with greater ease in their daily lives. In my spare time, I keep fit with workout sessions and keep people entertained with my side gig DJing on weekends.

      Hi, I'm Ivone! I'm a Flextologist at StretchLab with a background in physiotherapy and a lifelong passion for movement and sports. I was a professional canoe polo athlete in 2019, which sparked my interest in how the human body functions and performs. Currently, I'm a second-year medical student at the University of Wollongong, further deepening my knowledge of health and wellness. When I'm not helping clients improve their mobility or studying, I love traveling and discovering new foods. You can find me at StretchLab on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays!

As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and passionate advocate for holistic wellness, I'm here to guide you on your journey to a stronger, healthier, happier you. Life takes a toll on our bodies. Injuries, stress, and daily wear and tear can leave us feeling stiff, sore, and drained. By increasing blood flow, breaking down scar tissue, and relaxing the muscles, I'll help you regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore balance to your body. We'll work on developing a positive mindset that celebrates small wins and embraces challenges. Self-care is not selfish – it's essential. Together we will find ways to make self-care and fitness a joyful part of your busy life, not an added stress. You deserve to feel your best, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

      Hi, I’m James! I'm from the Wollongong area, where I've spent most of my life enjoying our beautiful coastal region. I hold a Certificate IV in Fitness and currently work as a strength and conditioning coach, helping clients throughout the Illawarra achieve their fitness goals. Before transitioning to this role, I spent a decade as an electrician, which gave me a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset that I now bring to my coaching. Outside of work, I'm passionate about training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and love surfing the spectacular breaks along our coastline. My journey from trades to fitness has given me a unique perspective on proper body mechanics and injury prevention, which I'm dedicated to sharing with our local community to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

      Hey! My name is Bodean, a dedicated team member at StretchLab and a personal trainer with a deep passion for serving the Illawarra community. I believe in creating positive change through fitness and wellbeing, helping locals of all ages achieve their health goals and discover their full potential. When I'm not helping others stretch and feel their best, you can find me hitting the gym four days a week, diving into the world of video games, enjoying some anime, or out spearfishing along our beautiful coastline. I'm especially proud to call the Illawarra home and regularly volunteer my fitness expertise at community events and local fundraisers. My goal is to make quality fitness guidance accessible to everyone in our region and build a healthier, stronger Illawarra community. Always looking for new adventures, ways to stay active, and opportunities to give back to the place I love!

      No two bodies are the same and no two stretches at StretchLab are the same. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customising a stretch routine that is just for you. Our clients may come in with pain, tightness or specific focus areas, but they keep coming back and commit to their flexibility journey once they experience the freedom that comes with having a wider range of motion and flexibility.
